The Empire of the Mind

Hey everyone. I’m imperfectepoch, and I’m excited to be working on The Empire of the Mind. In fact, I was the person who prodded Doug into this project about a year ago, but I must give him credit for actually starting to write recently. I usually don’t say much about myself considering I’m clearly hiding behind this alias, but suffice it to say I’m a college student who’s interested in writing music, creating games, and all sorts of interesting things that most other people wouldn’t waste time doing in college. Politically, I’d call myself somewhat libertarian, but I lean liberal on social issues and conservative on economic issues. I’m actually a science major, so don’t expect brilliant essays on political theory from me. I guess you could consider me the “color commentator” of the blog, as I tend to write in a somewhat humorous and sarcastic tone about things that don’t sit right with me. Often I’ll know little to nothing about these things, so feel free to leave all sorts of horrible comments. I’ll be waiting!
